Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $69.80.
- Other Shipping Options: Standard shipping and priority mail options are available for a cost, which will be shown at checkout.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1-7 business days of purchase.
Policy
Order Confirmation: Our store policy requires confirming any order over $300 with the customer. Please include your cell phone number at checkout for this purpose. Orders over $300 will not be shipped unless confirmed with the customer.
International Shipping
Enjoy worldwide shipping service with USPS International, typically arriving within 7-18 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed: Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1 - 5 business days of purchase.
Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the USPS service.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number.
Tracking Details: Allow up to 48 hours from the time your order was initially placed for tracking information to be made available. Tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.
Issues with Order
- Wrong/Damaged Item: If you received a wrong or damaged item, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo of the wrong/damaged item received within 5 days of delivery. Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.
- Order Confirmation Not Received: Check your spam folder. If not found, contact [email protected] with the last name associated with your order or your order number.
Address and Order Changes
- Changing Shipping Address: Email [email protected] within 7 hours of submitting an order. However, address change requests cannot be guaranteed once an order is submitted online.
- Order Cancellation: Email [email protected] within 7 hours of submitting your order for cancellation requests. However, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Curbside Pickup
Available at our warehouse in Irvine, CA. Place your order online and email [email protected] to arrange a pickup time. Mention curbside pickup order# and your name in the subject line. Orders can be ready for pickup as soon as they’re placed.
Return Policy
Starting the Return Process:
We are pleased to announce updates to our return policy, designed to simplify the refund process for our customers! You can now submit return requests through our returns portal.

Return Policy:
- Customers are eligible to request a return label within 14 days of delivery. A fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund when you use our return portal. Please note that returns are not permitted for discounted items, items purchased with a coupon code, or items that exceed the 14-day return policy.
- If you do not meet the criteria outlined above, the system will not allow you to generate a return label. However, you may purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. For returns initiated after the 14-day period, you will only be eligible for store credit, and we cannot accept any returns beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
- Please include the original invoice with your return. If you cannot locate your invoice, kindly provide any available information (such as your name, order number, etc.) to ensure a smooth return process. Customers are encouraged to verify that their return address information is accurate to ensure they receive their return label via email without delay.
Holiday Policy
Orders placed beginning December 1st are eligible for a refund until January 14th.
Time Frame
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The return label must be postmarked within this timeframe. If items are not returned within the appropriate time frame, we reserve the right to deny the return.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition. If there are any signs of wear, tear, or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning fee or deny the return. Please report any damaged items within five days of delivery to qualify for a refund, store credit, or replacement (if applicable).

Return Processing:
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of delivery to our facility.
- Tracking:Customers will not receive notifications regarding the arrival of returns; we recommend keeping a record of your tracking information for reference.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- Store Credit: If you are issued store credit, it will be available in your account for your next purchase. If you do not have an account with us, your credit code will be sent to the email associated with your order. Please note that store credit can be used only once and will expire one year from the issue date.
Non-returnable Items:
Customers are responsible for understanding our return policy before placing an order. The following items are classified as final sale and are not eligible for a refund, as noted in the product description:
- Any items marked as final sale
- Any items on sale
- All vintage items, bodysuits, and swimwear
- Faux leather
- All jewelry, hats, and accessories
- Select items that are white or ivory
- Select satin, lace, and silk items
Exchanges:
We do not facilitate exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your item and place a new order. Thank you for your understanding!
Orange County Storefront Policies
In-Store Return Policy
- Return Period: Customers have 12 days to return items purchased at any of our four locations for store credit or exchange, provided they have the receipt.
- Location-Specific: Store credit is only valid in the specific store where it was issued.
Store Credit Usage
- In-Store Credit Online: Store credit from Orange County locations cannot be used online or at another storefront location. It is only valid at the issuing location.
- Online Credit In-Store: E-gift cards or online store credit are exclusively for online use and cannot be utilized at any storefront locations.
Gift Cards
- In-Store Gift Card Online: Gift cards from Orange County locations are valid in all Isabelle’s Cabinet locations but cannot be used online due to system incompatibilities.
- Online Gift Card In-Store: E-gift cards from our website are valid only for online purchases and are not accepted in our storefront locations due to system incompatibilities.
