Our store policy is to confirm any order over $500 with the customer. We contact all customers with the information they provide at checkout, so please include your cell phone number at checkout. We will not ship any order over $500 unless confirmed with the customer.

How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday and are shipped within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the USPS service.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number, which can be used to track the progress of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your order was initially placed for the tracking information to be made available. As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.
I received a wrong/damaged item in my order?

Please note all order discrepancies must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.

Can I place an order for curbside pickup?
If you live locally and need your order ASAP, we offer curbside pick up at our warehouse located in Irvine, CA. Place your order with us online and send us an email at email@example.com to arrange a pickup time with the subject line *curbside pickup order# and your name.* Orders can be ready for pick up as soon as they’re placed.
Customers are able to return items for a refund within 14 days from the day the order was received. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return or store credit. Please note all items purchased online cannot be returned in our stores and must be returned to our return address by mail.
Do you provide return labels?
We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for covering postage costs to send their return back to our facility. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your return has been processed you will be notified via email. If you received a refund, please allow 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays for the amount to be refunded into your account. Customers who purchase their items at one of our four locations have 12 days to bring back their items for store credit or exchange only, with receipt to the location of purchase.
Store credit is only valid in-store, at the location the store credit was issued.
I have store credit at an Orange County location, can I use my store credit online?
No. If you were given store credit from one of our Orange County locations it is only valid at the location the store credit was distributed and cannot be used online or at another store front location.
Can I use a gift card that was purchased in store for an online order?
No. If you were given a gift card from one of our Orange County locations it is only valid in stores and cannot be used online. Our gift cards can be used at all Isabelle’s Cabinet locations however it is not valid online as our systems do not coincide at this time.
Can I use an online gift card or store credit in your Orange County locations?
No. If you were given an e-gift card from our website it is only valid online and cannot be used at any of our store front locations. Our e-gift cards can be used online and it is not valid in store as our systems do not coincide at this time.
